How it all started...
More than 20 years ago, a group of people set out to provide for the needs of the marginalized in Benton County. They were committed to caring for the physical and spiritual needs of those around them. Along the way, an old poultry house in North Rogers (the same building we're in today) was generously provided for the ministry. Over the years, this location became known as a safe place to be heard, seen, loved, and cared for.
Expanding the vision...
In 2023, our church went through a name change and Christ & Neighbor was birthed. Our new name really says it all: we want to be a group of people living out the Great Commandment to love God and love our neighbor as ourselves. We believe that happens best when we stay centered on Christ: being with Him, becoming like Him, and doing what He did. When we apprentice with Jesus well, we love others well.
Where we are headed...
We remain committed to seeing Christ transform us and our neighbors. We believe that we are in this place in North Rogers to love our neighbors well and while we are in a season of prayer and discernment for the specifics of day in and day out ministry services, we will not waver from loving and caring for the overlooked and undervalued with whom we cross paths.
How you can be part of our story...
So what's with the Lego? Well, in this season of prayer, many of us carry a 6 stud brick with us as a reminder to pray specifically that we would:
- love Jesus and others well.
- mature in our faith.
- see unity among us.
- experience growth.
- trust God to provide for our finances.
- have a clear, Godly vision for the use of our building.
We would love for you to join us in praying for those and have a brick to share with you as you do so.

We would love to hear your story sometime...
